The evening started outdoors on the lawn overlooking the lake. The Candlewood Inn offers one of the most stunning waterfront views in Western Connecticut, and making sure every guest heard every word of the ceremony was our top priority.

For the ceremony, we provided:

• Crystal-Clear Audio: Multiple microphones for the officiant and couple to ensure every word spoken is heard clearly, along with multiple speakers to provide even audio coverage and volumes.

Elevating the Venue: Modern Lighting & Production Setup

Once guests transitioned into the main ballroom, our custom production design transformed the room’s energy. To complement the venue’s classic aesthetic while prepping for a high-energy dance party, we brought in a full feature suite:

• 2 Intelligent Moving Head Lights: Mounted on clean white totem towers to cast focused spotlights for special dances and dynamic, club-style beam effects during open dancing.

• Custom Pixel Tube Lighting: Positioned around the DJ booth to provide sleek, eye-catching color flows synced live to the beat.

• Glam Photo Booth: A studio-quality photo booth setup where guests grabbed black-and-white prints all night long.

• Custom White DJ Booth:Sleek white DJ booth framing the setup, keeping all wiring cleanly hidden while housing the decks and controllers for a seamless, polished look.

When open dancing kicked off, the energy was unmatched. By blending club-style mixing, seamless transitions across eras, and reading the room live, the dance floor stayed 100% packed from the second the music started until the lights turned on.

Props, heart-shaped sunglasses, custom LED signs and foam stick, and non-stop bangers kept everyone singing at the top of their lungs. There is nothing quite like looking out from the booth and seeing every single guest locked in and partying till the end!
