Some weddings have an energy that you can feel from the moment the celebration begins, and Christina and Lucas’s wedding at The Venetian in Garfield, New Jersey was definitely one of them! From a spectacular first dance surrounded by cold sparklers to a packed dance floor that kept going past midnight on a Sunday, this was a celebration their family and friends won’t soon forget.

For me personally, this wedding was even more special. I had the pleasure of DJing Christina’s Sweet 16 years ago, so getting to return for another major milestone in her life made the experience that much more meaningful.

The Venetian is known for its grand ballroom, beautiful chandeliers, and luxurious atmosphere, making it an incredible setting for a wedding reception.

Christina and Lucas kicked off their celebration with a memorable first dance, complete with indoor cold sparklers that created a stunning visual moment against the ballroom’s elegant backdrop.

It was the perfect way to start the evening, combining a romantic moment for the newlyweds with a little extra excitement for their guests.

And considering this was a Sunday wedding, the energy was especially impressive. The party continued well past midnight, with no shortage of guests still enjoying the dance floor.
