Planning a wedding party that feels both effortlessly fun and seamlessly run doesn’t happen by accident—it’s all about great teamwork and thorough preparation.

When Justine and Nick reached out to plan their big day at Park Loft, they knew they wanted an absolute celebration from start to finish. From our initial chats to our final detail meetings, we worked closely together alongside the incredible Lauren LaSorsa Events team to dial in every single element. We locked in the exact venue logistics, outlined formalities down to the minute, and pinpointed precise song timing for every special moment. Building a custom timeline that allowed the night to flow naturally—without ever losing momentum—was our top priority.

Here’s how we brought Justine and Nick’s vision to life at Park Loft!

Setting the Vibe: Cocktail Hour & Production Setup

The evening kicked off with a dedicated sound setup for Cocktail Hour, featuring classic Sinatra and Rat Pack vibes to set a cool, timeless, and sophisticated atmosphere as guests mingled and enjoyed drinks.

Meanwhile, inside the main reception room at Park Loft, our full production setup was ready to transform the space. We incorporated ambient venue uplighting to enhance the venue’s striking architecture, along with two intelligent moving head lights to completely elevate the dance floor when the lights went down. We also featured our Luxe Photo Booth, which stayed packed all night as guests snapped memories between dance sets.

The Warm-Up: Dancing Before Dinner

Why wait until after dinner to party? Thanks to seamless timeline execution, we built in a fun 30 warm-up dance set right before dinner. The moment grand entrances wrapped up, the floor packed out immediately—setting the tone for the rest of the evening: we came to dance.

The Main Event: A 2-Hour Non-Stop Dance Party

Once dinner service wrapped, the real madness began. Justine and Nick wanted non-stop energy, so we executed a 2-hour continuous dance set to close out the night.

To keep every generation on the floor and build the energy toward the final song, the music flowed seamlessly across genres:

• Classic Party Anthems to get everyone out of their seats

• Nostalgic 90s, 2000s & 2010s Throwbacks that had the entire room singing along and the couple reminiscing with their friends

• High-Octane Punk Rock Set to bring the raw live energy and get everyone shouting every word

• Peak House & EDM Bangers to close out the night on the ultimate high

By the time the last track played, the energy was through the roof, the dance floor was packed, and Justine and Nick had the exact dream party they had envisioned for Park Loft.
